Ces situations r\u00e9sultent bien souvent de difficult\u00e9s de communication, de mauvaises interpr\u00e9tations de nos \u00e9motions, des \u00e9motions des autres ou de la situation. Les modules de formation intitul\u00e9s \u00abGestion du Stress\u00bb et \u00abGestion des conflits\u00bb, globalement, ont pour finalit\u00e9 de sensibiliser aux diff\u00e9rents facteurs de stress , aux situations g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de conflits et de susciter une r\u00e9flexion sur la mani\u00e8re dont chacun peut, en fonction de son profil propre, atteindre au mieux ses objectifs en terme de gestion des situations stressantes ou conflictuelles et faire face \u00e0 certaines situations inattendues.<\/p>\n<h2>Programme du module \u00abGestion du stress\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Ainsi, \u00a0il s&rsquo;agira<br \/>\n\u2022 De d\u00e9finir le stress et ses diff\u00e9rentes formes<br \/>\n\u2022 De d\u00e9finir le concept de \u00absyndrome g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;adaptation\u00bb<br \/>\n\u2022 D&rsquo;expliquer les r\u00e9ponses psychophysiologiques du stress.<br \/>\n\u2022 De d\u00e9crire les m\u00e9canismes de gestion du stress.<br \/>\n\u2022 De rep\u00e9rer ses modes de r\u00e9actions privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es et d\u2019en mesurer l\u2019impact.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concr\u00e8tement, \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la formation, la personne sera capable, au travers de mises en situations d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation ou \u00e0 partir de situations professionnelles:<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00c9valuer son degr\u00e9 de sensibilit\u00e9 au stress en fonction d&rsquo;une situation v\u00e9cue (\u00e9chelle de stress);<br \/>\n\u2022 Tenter de d\u00e9velopper une meilleure connaissance de soi;<br \/>\n\u2022 Exprimer ses potentialit\u00e9s \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les situations \u00abstressantes\u00bb envisag\u00e9es;<br \/>\n\u2022 D&rsquo;op\u00e9rer des choix de technique de gestion du stress en fonction de ses propres capacit\u00e9s;<br \/>\n\u2022 De reconna\u00eetre, de prendre conscience et d&rsquo;exprimer ses propres \u00e9motions (intelligence \u00e9motionnelle).<br \/>\n\u2022 De ma\u00eetriser des techniques de n\u00e9gociation et d&rsquo;assertivit\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022 De savoir utiliser diff\u00e9rentes techniques de relaxation<\/p>\n<h2>Programme du module \u00ab Gestion des conflits \u00bb<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi, \u00a0l&rsquo;objectif \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la formation est que la personne puisse \u00eatre capable, au travers de mises en situations d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation ou \u00e0 partir de situations professionnelles :<br \/>\n\u2022 De reconna\u00eetre les sources, facteurs, et processus favorisant, renfor\u00e7ant, pr\u00e9cipitant et d\u00e9clenchant des conflits en vue de les pr\u00e9venir et\/ou de les g\u00e9rer ;<br \/>\n\u2022 D\u2019identifier, d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter et d\u2019analyser diff\u00e9rentes situations conflictuelles ;<br \/>\n\u2022 D\u2019appliquer des techniques de gestion de conflits au d\u00e9part de diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les th\u00e9oriques ;<br \/>\n\u2022 De d\u00e9velopper ses habilit\u00e9s pratiques et sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation en ce qui concerne l\u2019\u00e9coute, la communication et la m\u00e9diation ;<br \/>\n\u2022 De rep\u00e9rer ses modes de r\u00e9actions privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es et d\u2019en mesurer l\u2019impact.<br \/>\n\u2022 De pouvoir mettre en place des principes de communication non violente et d&rsquo;\u00e9coute active<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La
